if you’re ready to hold RIGHT TO THE BONE in your hands, it’s now available in paperback!! this does make it look like i went from the boise airport to a pumpkin patch and then right back to the airport but not pictured: seeing my 94-year-old grandmother, my aunt, and my brother for a couple days. also i guess i’ve started watching traitors now?? idaho is a weird place. Like many writers, I do have a day job. I've been working as a public librarian since 2013 and while it has it's challenges, like any job, I mostly love it! I do work some Saturdays, but they're usually pretty chill and today is one of those. Here's how my day has gone so far... πŸ“š Today's the day! The ebook for RIGHT TO THE BONE is LIVE in the Ylva shop (link in bio!) πŸ‡πŸ‘»πŸŒ΄ We are mere days away! This is not a drill! RIGHT TO THE BONE comes out October 14 on ebook and October 21 everywhere. Swipe to see the listing on the Ylva site and the listing on Amazon. Any book shop can order a physical copy for you with the ISBN number, so support you local store if you can! swipe to get a peek at the @ylva_publishing shop. pre-orders are live for the ebook and it’s discounted! if you want to hold it in your hot little hands, october 21 is full pub day πŸ’–β˜οΈ last year i had to cut the very long, meandering vines of my pothos. we had ants come in during the rainy season and they moved into the soil and started using the vines as a super highway. i had to cut and repot and it was very sad to do as they had crept the length of three walls, but i’m happy to report that the original plant and the cuttings i took are now thriving and creeping once more. i’m sure it’s a metaphor for something. ah well. Queer books are always showing up in the top banned books of the year lists which means it's more important than ever to protect queer authors and readers. People deserve access to books that reflect their experience. Read a banned book, support a queer author, and check out your local library and see what they're doing to promote banned books week. Remember, they only ban them because they're full of something really good. HAPPY OCTOBER πŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸŽƒ
